设计 SOP 与 T&C

1. 免费修改3次后如有额外修改需额外收费 RM20。

Amendment after 3 times free amendment, additional fee RM20 will be charge.

2. 提交最终设计图后，如有额外修改需额外收费 RM20。 （*无论免费修改次数用完与否）

Amendment after submitting final artwork, additional fee RM20 will be charge.   (Whether the number of free revisions is exhausted or not）

3. 在提交最终设计图前，客户有义务检查设计图。任何我方的失误，我方将免费提供修改。（*若在提交设计图后要求修改，需额外收费 RM20 ）

Before submitting the final artwork, client is obliged to check the design.  Any mistakes from us will be given free amendment. (*If the amendment requested after submitting final artwork, an additional fee of RM20 will be charged)

4. 若非本公司责任，客户付款后反悔，将无法退款。

 If any case that is not the responsibility of our side, customer regrets after payment, the payment will not be refunded. 

5. 在提交设计后，客户能对原有的设计要求修改而并不能要求重新设计{列如重新换新风格，换新尺寸等等}。（重新设计将会计算于新的设计图）

After submitting the design, customer can request modify the original design but not request to redesign {Ie: change new style, change new size and etc} . (Redesign will be calculated as new design)

6. 设计阶段会在最少2到4工作日（周一至周五）内完成，如客户需要提早取图。必须提早通知并且我们将会额外收费每张RM50。

The design stage will be completed in at least 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday), if the customer needs to get the image in advance. Early notice is required, and we will charge RM50 per image as additional fee.

7. 设计图不能在提交订单当日内取图。

Design cannot be taken within the day of submitting the order.

8. 我方在最终阶段不会提供Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop的设计文件。我方将会提供图片文件（JPEG）。如果客户需要设计文件，我们将额外收费RM50

We will not provide Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop design files at the final stage. We will provide image files (JPEG). If customer needs design file, we will additional charge RM50.

9. 打印设计的文件如横幅,海报,传单等等，我们将会提供PDF文件。

Print design items such as banners, posters, flyers, etc. We will provide PDF files.

10. 如客户无特别要求设计图的尺寸，颜色搭配，设计风格等等需求。我方将会依照我方设计师的想法进行设计。

If the customer has no special requirements for the size, color matching, design style and etc of the design. We will proceed design according to the ideas of our designers.

11. 较为复杂/ 耗时较长 / 要求特殊的设计，我方将额外收取RM5-RM30++ 不等的价格。如：漫画型广告图，多人团队图，特殊要求，复杂设计绩效图等等。

More complex/ long time-consuming/ requiring special design, we will charge an additional price ranging from RM5-RM30++. Such as: comic-type image, multi-person team image, special requests, complex design image, etc.

12. 任何购买的配套都不能途中转让或是分享除非获得本公司的批准。

Any purchased package cannot be transferred or shared unless approved by us.

13. 若是客户提出要求或是修改要求。本公司有权利提问更详细的问题以了解设计方案。客户需要给予应有的答复与配合。若是客户不配合，本公司有权利暂不安排客户的要求直到客户给予应有的答复与配合。

If the client makes a request. We reserve the right to ask more detailed questions to understand the design plan. Client are required to respond and cooperate with us. If the client does not cooperate or giving respond, we have the right to temporarily withhold the client's request until the client gives the appropriate reply and cooperation.

14. 上述所有条款将适用于我们所有的产品和服务。(拥有特定注明的配套/优惠/产品除外）

All of the above terms and conditions will apply to all of our products and services. （Except for packages / promotions/ products with specific mention）
